About Me
I am a 3D Artist with experience in many fields and roles, including 3D lighting, Lookdev and Modeling for VFX, advertising and games. This generalist approach helped to fulfill my desire to be able to learn and contribute to several steps within the production pipeline. Those experiences also helped me to be a very trustful artist, learning fast and understand quickly what is needed to finish the project with the desired quality and more important respecting the specified schedule.
My main skills are within VFX and advertising field, where during the years and lots of projects helped me to have a keen eye for details and also a good taste for everything that is visual, specially Lighting and lookdev.
Maya, 3dsmax, blender and Houdini were my main tools during the years but I used a lot others softwares like substance and Zbrush too. Into the games and realtime field I can work very well with Unreal engine but also unity.
As mentioned, having several experiences during my career shaped who I am right now. During my first years I worked in small companies doing mostly product visualization and some architectural jobs, this helped me to have the base to start working in the biggest Film production company from Brazil, during that time I did several commercials and local movies, doing mainly Lighting and lookdev but occasionally did some modeling too. After that I had a chance to start working in some companies in canada, it was great and it was what I needed to confirm that I could be part of big projects and help it to be as good as possible, I started as Lighter but also worked as Asset artist, confirming too that all my past experiences was enough to show that I was able to be among so many awesome artists.
